Ahh where to begin!
I joined the seven night Berkhamsted to Stoke Bruerne trip & thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
Travelled with fun, like-minded fellow passengers and Peter & Lesley, the consummate hosts: unbelievably hospitable, making us feel immediately at home & spoiling us with fabulous meals, snacks and drinks all day while multi tasking as chef/purser/lock keeper & skipper/engineer!
Consequently we all became very, very relaxed (and their gorgeous dog Molly is a delightful bonus!)
Helping with the locks is great fun & also helps us use up a few calories!
I totally recommend you enjoy one of the many fabulous cruises offered by The Billet!
Oh and do yourself a favour and try the staffordshire oatcake for breakfast!!
